Infusion

The most suitable method for building fiberglass hulls.

The vacuum infusion layering method is now considered one of the most advanced techniques for fiberglass hull construction, alongside pre-preg, and is adopted by the world’s leading shipyards. This process ensures a high level of quality control over the final product, minimizing the presence of air bubbles and optimizing the impregnation of fibers with resin.

One of the main advantages of this technology is the homogeneous distribution of resin, which allows for a lighter and more resistant structure compared to traditional methods. The perfect ratio between fiber and resin, maintained consistently throughout the entire construction, enhances the mechanical performance of the final product.

Additionally, the vacuum infusion process significantly reduces material waste and volatile emissions, making it a more eco-friendly and sustainable solution compared to other lamination techniques.

Thanks to these benefits, vacuum infusion has become the benchmark standard for high-performance boat production, confirming its key role in the evolution of modern shipbuilding.
